MCPHS University 2017-2018 Lockers

Registration and payment for MCPHS University's Locker Rental Program begins on Monday, August 14th at 10:00pm and will end when all lockers are reserved or by Friday, August 31st, 2017 at 10:00pm. Locker assignments will be sent out on Friday, September 1st. Lockers are available for the entire academic year, starting on Tuesday September 5, 2017 through Friday, May 5, 2018.

Locker rentals are only available for MCPHS University commuter students. Students are responsible for purchasing their own lock for their locker. Locker assignments will be e-mailed to student e-mail accounts. Once you've received your locker assignment, place a lock on your locker right away.

Registration and Payment Details:
The Locker Rental Program is offered for MCPHS University commuter students only. Registration is for 1/2 lockers or 1/3 lockers. Locker locations are identified when registering.

Price for Academic Year:
1/2 Lockers: $30
1/3 Lockers: $15
MCPHS University students may only purchase 1 locker
Debit/Credit Cards Only! No cash or checks.
No cancellations and no refunds!

Locker Policies

• A limited number of lockers are available to registered commuter students and are issued on a first come, first served basis.
• All lockers are the property of the University and are subject to applicable University policies. The University reserves the right to alter the policies governing the use of lockers with appropriate notice
• Food is never to be kept in the assigned locker.
• Lockers are for individual use only and are not to be shared. Locker contents are the sole responsibility of the registered occupants of the locker.
• Lockers may not be resold to other students under any circumstances
• The University is not in any way responsible for a locker’s contents or liable to the loss of or damage to locks and the items stored in locker
• The University reserves the right to open a locker with or without the consent of the student to whom the locker is registered in instances where locker procedures are being abused or in the case of an emergency situation
• In the event of lockers being sold out, please email Jennifer Stone at Jennifer.Stone@mcphs.edu to be placed on a waiting list
• Renters are held responsible to report any damage or needed repairs to meagan.hart@mcphs.edu. If your locker does not open or shut properly, do not force it; report it immediately.
• Rental period dates are listed within this email. Lockers must be emptied (and locks removed) by 5:00pm on the final date of the locker rental period. Please make a note of this deadline; you will not receive any additional notification.
• If contents are not removed by this deadline, the lock will be cut off and all contents discarded on the next business day after the deadline. No items will be stored. The Center for Campus Life is not responsible for abandoned items.

FAQs

When will I receive my locker assignment?

Locker assignments will be e-mailed to students by the Center for Campus Life, expect this email in late August

What happens if I forgot my combination to my locker during the academic year? Or if someone put a lock on my registered locker?

Contact the Center for Campus Life by e-mail and identify which locker is yours. We will confirm the locker is yours and will have Public Safety cut the lock.
